RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Time Frame

 

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date for retail orders and 14 days for wholesale orders.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In original packaging with all accessories and documentation

  • Free from damage not caused by manufacturing defects

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

RETURN PROCESS

Initiating a Return

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return

  3. Receive return authorization and instructions

  4. Package items securely for return shipment

 

Return Authorization

All returns require prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be processed or may be subject to additional fees.

REFUNDS

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Immediate Notification

Report damaged or defective products within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer service team.

Resolution Options

For products damaged in transit or containing manufacturing defects, we will provide:

  • Full refund, including original shipping costs, or

  • Replacement product at no additional charge

  • Pre-paid return shipping label when applicable

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Incorrect item shipped

Packaging Requirements

Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping. Armored Cards is not responsible for items damaged during return transit due to inadequate packaging.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Products damaged by misuse or normal wear

  • Items returned after the applicable return period

  • Products purchased with special promotional pricing (unless defective)

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. For different sizes, quantities, or products, please process a return for a refund and place a new order.

WHOLESALE RETURNS

Wholesale customers are subject to additional terms:

  • Shorter return window of 14 days

  • Minimum order quantity requirements may apply for returns

  • Special authorization required for large quantity returns
